Yes community terrible place to live, no amenities and rent is too high

Woodlake is a terrible place to live. Things are stolen or vandalized in your yard, signs, lights and pool regularly vandalized. The pool is closed for maintenance or repairs half the summer. There is no playground as advertised. People just walk through your yard whenever they please. The children here are not supervised, it's like they have no parents or upbringing.

They never fix anything or do any maintenance. The lawnmowing people they use break out windows. But if you are a day late on the rent they threaten you with lawyers and eviction even if you have a record of paying ahead or on time. The managers are lazy and won't do anything. They act like they hate to answer the phone. The only thing they enjoy doing is collecting your rent money.

The speed limit, curfews, and no loud noise after 9 pm are not enforced.
