Lived here for two years. The Police are here very frequently. The pool was closed for almost the entire time I lived here for "repairs". Maintenance is very poor in quality.
Several of the neighbors had trash on the south side of the building accumulating on their decks, even during the summer. The garages were often vandalized or broken into. If one person left their garage door unlocked or open, people could walk in, then climb over the partition walls and enter the other garages with ease.
While I lived there no staff or maintenance lived on site. This made for rather lengthy response times. The Lund Company purchased this property while I was living there. Many of the documents were "lost" during the transition. This included a copy of my move-in check sheet. I provided them with a copy that I had made, and they said this was not adequate enough because I could have created it shortly after Lund has purchased them. Needless to say I was charged for several of the tiles in the bathroom that were broken upon my move in, that were still damaged even after I left since maintenance never fixed them.
Parking is also a huge issue with this apartment complex as there is never enough parking spaces. You can often find many residents parking in fire lanes just to find a spot.
There was also a fire in October while I lived there in the attic of the third floor. A light ballast had over loaded and caught a section of the lighting wiring on fire and burnt all of the insulation off the wire and filled the hallway and building with smoke. The fire department ripped down most of the lights and ceiling of the hallway. It took four months for this to be repaired.
You can defiantly find another place in Bellevue or the metro to live that offers better amenities for a lower price. Make sure you're smart and do your homework first.
