The legal system of Turkey has become a farce due to the extended time frames and delays in the matter of property disputes. It allows fraud to be committed Even after it makes decisions they are worthless and can not be enforced as it allows massive time windows and loopholes for offenders to remove assets so they do not have to pay the penalties and awarded interest. It effectively encourages by its actions and procedures the loss of assets from their rightful owners by appeal procedures that are utilized to the favor of offenders. Even though it is the highest court in Turkey it is laughed at by fraudsters that use it to delay procedures to assist them in what seems like legalized fraud both against foreigners and it's own citizens. It therefore is part of a toothless sham that means it may award an individual a court case that is unenforceable because of delays in reaching decisions and leave no redress.
