Interlock device

I had got a dui in 2009 and since then i have got three driving on suspended. I understand I have messed up kthrough-out the years. I have been doing good sine then and I have tried to get these things straighted out. Dmv has told me thati need to put an interlock device in my car but I dont have anything to my name. My family will not let me put that in there car because that isnt for them, which I understand. Im just tring to do things the right way. I have paid off $3,000 dollers worth in fines to get it back. I have evne gone to dmv and paid the $200 renewal fee to dmv. Why didnt they tell me they werent going to give it to me, i wouldnt have paid so much money for nothing. Not only that i tried to call and speak to the dmv, the lady was so rude and i told her to have the superviser call me and they havent called me back yet. I just wanted to fix this, and now they dont answer.
