In my dealing with this organization I felt as if my questions were being ignored, nothing was explained accurately, and the agent was as unprofessional as a credit collector. My experience reflects the BBB to be a money gauging, misleading, and misrepresented everything that was told to me as a member.

Be careful!!! Get all your facts, and get everything in writing. Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate, because they will take you for everything you've got. They need to be paying me for reporting how they operate.
