COX CABLE to steal with no conviction

I have a wife and 2 children one being mentally disabled we work very hard to pay our bills which includes cox cable we receive only channels 4 to 28 this costs around $14 a month. There is only 1 cable movie channel and that is 27 or should I say was, this week that channel is now a shopping channel that was the super station,

Cox wants to know about cable theft so they can convict I strongly believe that I am the victom of theft and believe they should return what I have payed for and stop stealing from the paying public.
