TWC cable box issues - Cable box

I have had 2 techs come out and switch our cable box. When bringing up the channel guide and surfing up or down the guide will stick and automatically scroll through all the channels. I have reset the box almost daily and still the same problem. Either fix the problem, reduce our monthly rate (no credit for just one month, we can always just cancel and go with another provider), or contact me with a solution
