In Rockland Ma, there are two trailer parks and they are both a joke. The lot fee continues to rise and it basically comes down to a stupid decision and money. Whoever buys into mobile communities is a dummy. Hometown, ELS, etc... Land is scarce. Own the land you live on, don't rent it. If they are banking on the returning soldiers from the war to live on these lands, they are stupid. F*k Hometown and non-equity poor-lifestyle management.
