HERON CAY in Vero Beach is out of control. Tried
to purchase home and was approved. After home
inspection, realtor took it upon himself to have
live wiring to home cut. I was told I may not
have insurance coverage if home ever sustained
damage of any electrical nature. Backed out of deal. Seller also very upset. Tried to discuss
prob with Equity Lifestyle Community Manager
(Parrish). Still wanted to move to community
and needed someone to understand my frustration.
I got ZERO support and heard how realtor SELLS
homes for them. What happened to putting customer first Heron Cay? I've since heard several other complaints similar to mine.
HERON CAY does not care how they treat people.
After speaking with E.L. Manager, I was told
its all about sales, sales, sales. I believe
I was set up from the start!
