Mobile home scam, don't buy mobiles, lose your money Springfield

We were looking to move my elderly mother to an affordable place in Florida. We went down and looked at a property we thought would be good for her and my step aunt. I wont disclose the place because I don't want to hurt any one. We were approached by 3 persons who said the place was a ripoff and it was the company who just bought it out. There was some litigation pending and it was not wise to put anyone of older age into a place like this. We did not know what to think but after doing our research we found a bunch of complaints and disturbing things about unequity lifestyle. Just giving back our two cents for those who asked we help them and to make sure anyone looking to 'pay' for their senior family member will not be sucked into a scam as this. From what we learned they are just buyin wet lands or whatever and its a long-term scam and the company will change its name to reinvent itself when this all comes out. Don't let the disney land layout fool you. Don"t fall for it!!
