Nathan Scott Pierce
AKA Scott, Scotty, Bear And Red owes divorce judgement and possible tax evade

In October of 1996 our divorce was final in the state of California. I will not include what he did to other people and myself but in the divorce hearing he was to refund me his half of the bills and my half of the 1994 income tax refund because he did not pay said bills. Even though I was entitled to it, I turned down spousal support and half of his severence pay when he was discharge from the military because I wanted an amiciable and hopefully friendly divorce.

Because this is not considered child support or spousal support, I had to wait 30 days for him to make payment arrangements or, go through civil court and chagre him with comtempt. Unforutnatly, he has yet to pay the amount of 4,205.96 dollars (not including interest over the past 7 years). If I claim judical interest the amount can be has high as 75,000 (20% interest (minimum) over 7 years and California's interest can be has high has 51%). When he is found be bounces/runs between Colorado (northeastern area including the cities/towns of Loveland, Arvada, Golden and Denver) and the state of Mississippi (southern areas of Ocean Springs, and coastal areas of Gulfport& Biloxi) hwere family and friends are located.

Mr. Pierce has been served over several times (twice by my attorney and rest being with collections agent).

Mr Pierce is referred to by family members either by Scotty or, Scott. Nicknames include Bear and Red (for his hair). His last known trade in the military was Gunners Mate Guns (GMG) and can be working in that area of gun repair or, restoraion. He works under the table/cash only jobs to avoid paying his debts and taxes (state and federal taxes, Also which he left several prior to divorce in the amount of 7,500 not including bounced checks).
He stands 6'3" tall and had red blond or, strawberry blond hair. He was last know to wear country western style wear and full beard. He was last known to weight 330lbs and is big bone and big body build. He can possbily have remarried and/or living with friends in Colorado, Mississippi, and possibly his grandparents in Kansas. Last known to drive two tone (maybe single color now) 1990, Dodge Dakota pickup truck with license plates in Jefferson County, CO and has a dog named Dakota that looked husky mixed but is not.

If you know where he is or, may have seen him in your area please inform Mr. Nathan Scott Pierce that he needs to contact Ms Little of the Colorado Judgement Company and make payment arragements before they take him to court SOON.
