Fairlane credit llc a Delaware limited liability corporation never served me yet g turned a $2000 debt into $31,857.91. I am a single DISABLED MOTHER

I was forced into a car with high interest and of bad repair after my divorce. I traded in my car that had blown the computer (according to the ford dealership) and I could either pay $3-4000 to repair it, or trade it in and get a ford focus at double the blue book value and 20% interest. I had no option. I was a single mother of a baby and I was not getting child support. The only reason I lost the car was because I did not get child support and I called to ask Fairlane to skip a payment so I would not lose my car. They told me to come up with the money. I told them I could not, I had nobody to help me, ny husband had cheated and I left, I left with nothing and had to fend for myself. I was to be paid the next day (at this point the next payment was a couple days past due) I called them to let them know I had rented enough apartments and would have comissions the next day so I could get caught up and pay even the next month then. The refused and told me if I hide the car they would throw me in jail for grand theft. I didnt know my legal rights (i was in my early 20's, alone and scared) so I left it out with the keys in the visor like they said. Losing my car made me lose everything, soon after I lost my job and everything I managed to salvage. A few years ago I get a garnishment letter from my bank, an attorney representing Fairlane had garnished my account and my daughter's savings. I could do nothing, but when my bank saw all I had at that point was child support and the attorney had to pay some of it back. This "attorney" claimed she had me served at an address I hadn't lived at for several years. I let her know I had not even been in that state since I moved back to Oregon and demanded a copy of the signature, she said she would send it and it never came and I never heard from them again... They amount then was around $20,000... For a $2000 debt! Today I got another letter from my bank stating a new attorney in my state (Oregon) has taken my case and there was a judgement from my court here for $31,857.91! I, again was not served any papers in regards to a court date, how they have a judgement from the court here is beyond me. I was also found disabled since they last attorney tried to ruin my life, I have very little income and my daughter's father is again, not paying child support. I am hardly scraping by and don't even have money to see a dentist, I cannot eat very many foods because my wisdom teeth are impacted, I have tens of thousands of dollars in medical debt because of the infections I keep getting because I cant afford to get my wisdom teeth out. I understand I lost my car, but I made honest effort to be in contact and pay my payments, they refused to let me pay, and I am pretty sure I understand why now. I see there are other reports of the same complaint. I am in awe that there arent laws to protect people like us from unethical agencies like this. I will never be able to own a house, or send my daughter to college like I planned when I was married and so happy to be having her. Now because of their practices I will never own a thing and more than likely lose the only thing I have, my car... And I live in an area without public transportation and too far away from necessary services like groceries. My doctors are all an hour away as well, so now I have to figure out how I am going to get treatment. There are no transport services that will get me there and I have no family here that can drive me to my appointments. I am scared and I don't know where to turn. Has anyone dealt with this or know what I can do? Do I have any rights at all? Thanks for seeing this.
