Child Support Services ripoff

I am getting the shaft from the Child Support folks in Austin, TX. They stole my tax refund to pay a past due amount which is there due to them not posting the checks my company sent them. After they stole my Tax check I went to let them know of their error. I told them that it was taken out of my check every two weeks without fail and I want my money back. The lady at the window gave me a spread sheet of all the payments posted and told me to come back if I found anything that didn't look right.

She did not give me an explanation of what I was looking at, so I told her I would like to talk to someone about the spread sheet. Three 1/2 hours later she sets me up with some guy named Joe, took me in a room, (we never sat down) turns around and says "What do you want" (Like I was some Dead Beat Dad there to hassle them). I told him I needed to understand the spread sheet they gave me so I can figure out where the screw up is, and told me it was not his job to explain anything to me (I think he was a Janitor), I then told him that if he didn't want me coming back everyday until I got my money, then he better let me know what I needed to do to prove they are thieves. He said get front and back copies of every check my company sent them. I said fine. Got with My HR person and had all of those checks sent to me.

Not one missing, all went to the same place. So I get these checks today and I'm reviewing everything when my HR Lady comes by to let me know that Child Support Services just called to Draft more money out of my check because they still have not posted the Tax check they original stole from me. My HR lady told them we are looking into the matter and that she was not going to mess with what I had set up already. I am just venting, well with out saying all the messed up sh#t that I think of them Fu@#*ers. Give me back my money!!!

I sent the front and back copies of the checks today. I was told it will still take another two weeks before I hear anything. This money was for my wedding on 5/15. I have written off being able to use it. I have a deep hatred for you people today. I have never been a dead beat dad, infact as far as my EX tells me, she has gotten every single payment. Okay I'm done. Thanks
