This low-life has ran from his child support obligations for 11 years and currently owes his two boys over $33,237.44 and growing weekly. This dirtbag abandoned his boys in 1991 and has never looked back.
Our Federal and State Officials continue to let this happen all over America. They put laws in place and then they have excuses not to enforce them. They use the excuse that they can not violate these deadbeats rights. Well what about the children's rights? The right to be supported by both parents and the right not to have to live in poverty? Doesn't that count for anything.
Non-Payment of child support is abuse by neglect.
The cruelty to an animal in most cases, is dealt with more harshly then the years of NEGLECT to a non-custodial parents child.
