The USCIS service is extremely poor. They're therefore new and reckless. I delivered my N400 type and cash charge within 3-month I shifted to new condition. Officially it's an error. Our N400 type was not declined about the first-step. They delivered me a verification notice and schedulled all following apointments.in 5-month I had been asked towards the US citizenship meeting. After I succesefully handed all background and British concerns, I had been informed " incidentally you're nopt entitled to the united states citizenship since you submitted your N400 type within a few months once you shifted to new condition". After I questioned why they did not decline my applicatins in an exceedingly firsrt times, they stated that it's my issue, not theirs. I can not believe they invested tax cash to focus on my software throughout the 5 weeks, in the place of decline it in an initial day or two. Today I have to deliver my fresh N400 type again, spend nearly $700 again and delay another 5 weeks. BTW to document an attraction I have to document type D-336 and spend $650 again.
