Poor service!

I submitted a for my fund 4 and was authorized. Our fund visited his meeting 1/22/07 also it was delivered back to USCIS in Florida and today I'll need to spend 455.00 to document this again since they're informing me the quality interval has terminated. Number 1. It had been out-of my fingers because it required subsequently sooo long to procedure that it ended and Number 2. USCIS has got the expert to increase quality intervals and don't. Is that this about cash? Therefore, people who follow the regulations and guidelines are now being cheated meanwhile I'm working hard, paying fees to look after the illegal aliens which have not been compelled to-go through this method.
