I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt concerns for those who have suffered tremendously through their own personal ordeals dealing with this particular Lender (SPS) Select Portfolio Servicing located in Salt Lake, Utah. I've read many... And I mean many... Complaints from individuals that have either lost their homes or in the process of losing their homes to foreclosure trying to negotiate a solution with these "Vultures". I currently have a relative in the State of California trying to save their family's home. They've tried on several occassions to seek assistance from (SPS) for an approved loan modifications and other services. Unfortunately, these cold and heartless individuals kept giving them the run-around such as many of you have already experienced. (SPS) need to be stopped and forced out of business so that the consumers will no longer be taunted by their deceptive & illegal pratices. I believe their is still hope...
