In middle-March, we created a gift to NSAL honoring my parents' wedding. The main one demand I made from Greg, who got my telephone call, was that the card informing my parents of our gift be delivered before their wedding day of March 31. No card was actually delivered, merely a charge card cost notice sent in my experience 14 days following the gift. After I named to inquire why no card have been delivered, I had been trested really rudely, as well as their consultant hung-up on me. I published a notice to both representative and President of NSAL explaining my scenario, and also have never gotten any response. There are lots of useful pet not-for-profit business who'd happily obtain contributions and deliver preferred acknowledgements - don't-give your $ to a company who can not be troubled to actually talk to you nicely, never mind send any communication.
