Inflated numbers

Although I worked like a boss in the Hendersonville Job Contacts, I had been informed repeatedly to increase enter and occasionally multiple or quadruple enter the amount of people "offered" through the middle. They fill their numbers by checking them when they enroll at one center and then visit another middle, they depend them as much as four-times when they enroll through the re entry plan after which, following a one time discussion, transfer over Job Contacts and therefore are measured again therefore artificially inflating their figures. They're measured twice on the first visit, even when they simply walk-in the doorway they're compelled to "register" as well as when they just remain for 5 minutes, they're measured twice, once under "offered" and when under "event".
