Terrible customer service

I requested contacts in April and come Jan 26, I never obtained them! Works out these were allegedly delivered (after being on back-order for thirty days) to an address which should not need actually experienced the machine for more than 4 decades! Each time I follow-up to discover how they are able to correct their error, I get handled terribly from the "supervisor." Actually, I had been informed by her that it should be my problem the contacts wound up in a incorrect handle (clearly, I'd not want to provide my correct tackle since I seemed youthful to her) and EXPLAINED TO VISIT THAT WRONG ADDRESS AND REQUEST MY CONNECTIONS!!! 3 months later, I'm sporting exactly the same contacts. Horrible people and terrible company.
