I need my GED transcripts to enroll in school

I received my supposed GED certificate and test scores from G.E. Career Center. Now i want to enroll in a school and they tell me that the test scores are not valid since they are written in pen. I tried several times to contact them, left messages and no answer. I am really upset because now I can't enroll because of them. I wasted my money and time. And to find out they are ripping off alot of people is very sad. This is really frustrating.
