Missing Funds from state and Federal Grants

The Board of Directors, current Executive Director, and the Chief Financial Officer all know that there has been state and federal grant funds missused, and missing for some time now. They have also stated that there are documents and files that are missing and can't be located. The CFO and current Director have discussed and filed inaccurate, false, and late grant reports to both the state and federal granting agencies. The Board of Directors, CFO, and the current Director are attempting to cover up their illegal activities by blaming previous employees. If you worked for this agency in the last few years your professional reputation may be in jeopardy by the current individuals. I recommend contacting both the state and federal agencies who hold the grants and report your concerns over the actions and other things you may have heard or witnessed.
