Organization is Family Controlled for the Benefit of the Founders Family, Misappropriation of Funds ripoff

This Organization has been taken over by the Founders family and is being run to benefit the Founders Niece contrary to State, Federal and IRS Laws. The money donated to this organization is not used for the purposes it is solicited for and instead is directed to other purposes than what was intended. The Founders Niece decided to take over the Organization and write herself a GIANT salary with the approval of the Founder and then Executive Director.

The Board was replaced by Family members illegally and the Executive Director traded places with the President (the founder's niece). Money donated to the Organization pays for the families' friends and relatives to enjoy summer activities and vacations and not much else is paid for out of donations.

The Director of Homeless Prevention Projects is Rude, Prejudice and Condescending to Clients and picks and chooses who gets help instead of going by the Organizations published guidelines. First choice of donations of property goes to the Organizations family and staff before being given to the homeless.

Very, very few people are helped by money the organization solicits, most of the help for people come from city sources that R.O.A.R. Never gets to touch because the other agencies have control of it. R.O.A.R. Routinely lies to its Donors about disposition of funds.
