LAYN LAYN 18 year old boys having sex with 16 year old girls

The Los Angeles Youth Netwrok is a total scam and a very bad place. Currently they are taking thousands of dollars form people on the street and federal and foundaiton grants and are serving less than 10 kids. The kids on the street dont want to go there because they have heard that the Executive Diretor and the Director of Operations only care about their paychecks. Recently a young man who was 18 was living in one of there locations and was having sex with a 16 year old girl in the same locaiton while the Executive staff sat upstairs and were not even paying attention. When the Ex. Director found out, he should have called the police and allerted the Board. The last time I checked an 18 year old couldnt legally have sex with a 16 year old. But nothing was said and the staff was told to keep totally quite about it or they would be fired. How is this right? This is a terrible organizaiton. Over the last few months so many people have quit. They dont do anything for these kids. They have a huge overhead and very little results. Over the past severral years only 1 or 2 kids have even gone to college. The history on their website is a total lie. Tey lie so much to get federal and foundation grants. Event a clinical psychologist that had been there for 25 years quit several weeks ago. Seriously, dont give money to any one representing the Los Angeles Youth Network. They lie on the books and they are extremely dishonest. They dont help these kids do anything. Several of the kids just lay around the houses likeits a vacation and are not made to go to school or anything. I wish the LAPD new about the 18 having sex with a 16 year old and it wasnt reported. THAT IS WRONG! Please, dont trust these people. Many of the grants they apply for they lie on the applications and they lie about there numbers. Over the past severasl months majority of the employees that had been there for years have all quit because they dont want to be part of this scam. Be aware!!!
