In 1978 I was 15 years old and I had a girlfriend who became pregnant and she had the child, I was in that time incarcerated and was unable to pay child support, this was not the problem the problem is nowthe principle was 39,000 approx, and this is fine, but the interest is the same as the principle, and I find that this is the reason

I am unable to pay this debt, they have garnished my wages to the tune of 2000.00 per month and I now have three very small children and stand to loose these over not being able to support them or keep a house over their heads. I would be more than willing to pay the principle, but the interest is taking from three more babies, and this one child is grown.

I love all my children, and will pay all I respectivly should but, this child is not getting the interest she is barely getting a third of the moneies they are taking from me. Help to stop the raping of the citizens and former citizens of California. How do I stop the interest!!!
