Takes money out of bank account unauthorized

I was scammed out of $49.99 by this company. They asked if I tried to get a loan online and I said yes. I told them it was unauthorized and that I wanted a refund. They sent me to a site that asked for my bank account info. I said no, they already had that info, that is how they stole the money from my account in the first place.

I was told by my bank that it could take up to 90 days to get a refund and that these thieves could say it was authorized. I never authorized them to take any money out of my account. I have never even heard of these people.

I want to get a class action lawsuit going against these people as they have scammed a lot of people out of their hard earned money and they do not care. They stole my kids' Christmas. I told them that, too, and they do not care about that, either.

Please stop these people. I now do not have enough money to pay my bills because of these scumbags.
