If you plan to rent an apartment make sure that it is not Creekview Crossing in Sherwood, Oregon. This company has many names. Here is a Few Creekview Crossing - AKA - Steed Properties - AKA - Woodhaven II - AKA - Riverstone Management. WORSTE MANAGEMENT EVER! They lie to get you to sign their 36 page agreement in 10 minutes and then cheat you out of their promises. We will be having a gym and plenty of parking - NEVER!!! I lived there for a year and they still don't have a gym and any parking! Was towed 4 times and had 2 parking tickets. Then they wanted my family and I to move because I started tenant meetings. They promised the world for me just to move out. No rent for a month; 100% no fees for leaving in the middle of my contract; and they would never put it down as an eviction! 2 days after I moved out of the property, they served my wife with a small claims sumons that they were sueing us for 7,500.00 for rent, damages to the apartment, and breaking our lease. So now we are going to court, hiring an attorney and counter sueing them just for the heck of it.

These people are the worste! Never rent from any of these companies or you will truly be sorry!!! Also, they are big on trying to intimidate. They will have a jock of a paralegal named James call you and tell you how he is a big time attorney who repents them. Also, Chelsey the manager is a snake. She will lie right to your face. These people are shady!!! Beware
