Ga. Dept of Labor
Non Enforcement of Wage Laws

Politics & Government

I documented, Dec. the disappointment of my company to pay for overtime that I had been because of the Ga. Department of Work. The overtime was labored Feb. Through May. The consultant from Ga. Department of Work talked with me and explained she'd attempted many times to talk to my former companies. They'd not consult with her or return her calls. I had been informed from the consultant that I ought to send to her occasions blankets for that time. We'd virtually no time time. Used to do so. I subsequently named her many more occasions. She explained that nobody might react to her about the issue. I also offered her the companies mailing address. When so when she noticed something she'd maintain contact with me. That's been a few weeks before today. I've seen nothing more. Therefore, what happens if companies do not desire to spend overtime they obtain you perform? Does the Ga. Dept. Of Work merely let them know to truly have a fantastic evening and move ahead? Is the fact that the illustration I will assume from my tax dollars. It appears as though a punch within the encounter as well as allows companies understand they'll not be held responsible.
