The official policy of this company is that they don't officially recognize 'overtime.' But... You can be forsure that you will be putting some in, whether taking a laptop home or doing homework. But mainly staying late weekdays and coming in weekends when those projects are due, which can last for weeks and weeks and weeks. No overtime $ no overtime compensitory time... Oh. Maybe someone gets dinner once a week on a company credit card. You are expected to put in the overtime to get a project done and you can-not get any overtime compensation, that is unless you're a favorite of course...
