I had been educated lately when we labored any overtime we had a need to complete an exclusion record to become settled this overtime. I've been operating there because Feb. 2009 and simply discovered this out. Nobody is informed this when getting employed. I had been not taken care of the overtime I set in. I did so lots of 12-hour changes for Elderwood, and arrived in on my nights down to assist out. I also worked a 9/12 day stretche since we were understaffed for nurses. We strike out and in on the time daily. Nobody may examine this with me! I obtain the comment show it. Whjy do I've to show it!!! They are able to take a look at their recards or in the pc since we do our medical records in it. I'd like my overtime cost. Are you able to support me and many more who have been gypted out-of their earnings?
