The person is the CIO of Fulton County, his name is Ryan Fernandes. The department has been a disaster since he has taken over, placing the County far behind because he has been using Fulton County to complete his personal agenda.
He has reorganized the department more than once, his most recent planned reorganization is an attempt to cover up corrupt activity that he is personally involved in while trying to terminate whistleblowers.
Many employees of his department are resigning to avoid his personal attacks as they learn of his corrupt activity funnelling business and cash to his family members who own businesses. His cousin owns a web hosting service and he plans to funnel to him secretly as the orginal complaint indicates.
He has attacked several other Fulton County vendors to include two African American owned businesses, and one other small business in order to funnell secret business and money to his family members' companies. The owner of one such company that is related to Ryan Fernandes in Mr. DeSharpa/DiSharpa.
Ryan Fernandes works for the Fulton County Manager, Zachery Williams. You are urged to contact Mr. Williams and demand a full investigation on this ongoing problem. I am a current employee using an alias to file this report. There are many of us who have information but are afraid of being retaliated against.
