I got associated with the program via an email and was required conformation on 9-16-09. I told them then used to donot have any curiosity about this program, but she insisted that I check it out at no cost for four weeks using the exclusion of the 1.95 cost, and so I decided. Upon examining charge card claims I came across that I'd been billed $76.21 on 10-7-09 so I called to cancel on 10-14-09 and was informed that it was only 7 days on the trial and that any charges made to my account within the last 7 days could be returned. I believed at that time there would be not a problem since I named about the seventh-day, however now after fourteen days with no quality I named once again simply to be informed on two distinct calls that I'dnot obtain a return. That is inadequate business training. First by stimulating under false info and minute after I did contact inside the seven days from being charged to become informed I'd not be returned! Whoa! I am in dismay that you simply might handle customers in this way. I truly wish this problem is likely to be looked after quickly. Thanks. Problem #595363
