Scam, do not use

I when with this site intelius.com last month to complete a slow telephone number research, I had been informed I'd be billed $4.95 for that search but when it didn't return with any info I'd be returned.

To no avail nothing returned within the research and that I was informed I'd not be billed but when I place in my current email address they'd deliver me-any info that arrived on the amount I looked.

Obviously, this month I visit a $9.95 charge along with a $19.95 cost! I named customer support and was informed they might return my $9.95 but couldn't return the MEMBERHSIP CHARGE of $19.95 that I supposively registered for after I joined my current email address.

Upon further analysis I had been cost $19.95 last month additionally! Ultimately Randy returned me the $9.95 and claims he'll return among the account costs of $19.95 that we have yet to get and so I am out $40.00 to get a $4.95 research!!! Beware this website is a fraud!!!
