Took a $1.95 billed $98.04 without concient

I requested a Disc for $1.95 test angles and was charged $98.04 prior to the test was up. I've named more than 6 occasions and in the beginning was informed my cash had been returned to my bill.

After it did not apear I named again and was informed it requires 5 business days, (I named after 10 business days)

Named again was informed there is an issue using their computors.

Named again delay anther five business days.

Named again was informed it had been in procedure for being returned check again in 5 business-day.

Named again continue obtaining a chaotic signal.
