Horrible management, no water, problems not being fixed

I moved to these apartments at the end of january when they were still Lions head apartments, before move in We had been promised the railing in our loft would be repaired before our move in date. The railing was so loose I could not allow my children upstairs with the fear they would fall down into the livingroom. Well after several calls we were told that a new company had bought out the apartments and they were unaware of the problem so i understood and submitted another order. Days later nothing was done it took multiple calls to corporate to even get someone to come over, once they came over they were full of excuses why they couldnt fix the things needed to be fixed, I was always told they had to order something and it would be done the next day. Finally months later half of the repairs were fixed. Im still to this day waiting on things to be done. I reported a water leak in my upstairs loft area and was ignored and NOW due to neglecting it part of my ceiling is now on my floor. Finally after calling and being quite rude someone came and patched the hole but when i showed them the other leak and the stains not to mention to damage its doing to my carpet i was told they dont have time to fix it. Well there is more! There has NOT been constant water in a month and half the time there is no notice, my son was in the shower last week and the water went off. At one point I called to see what the deal was and how long it was going to be cause i had children here and they needed to use the restroom and i needed to cook dinner, I was then informed that I could take my children to the gas station to go to the restroom and i could easily get some fast food. Well Im sorry, I am not rich and when i go grocery shopping its to feed my family i dont have the money to just jump up and go to mcdonalds. I asked if the residence would get some kind of break on rent or something since for days we had to go buy water, food, etc I was told that was not their problem! On a friday night 3 weeks ago i saw water shooting up from the parkinglot so i called the emergency line to let them know only to be told that it was not an emergency so the entire weekend the water shot out of the parkinglot. Monday they shut off the water yet again and promised it would be the last time. Well surpirse suprise somehow i eneded up still getting a FULL water bill when i have barely had ANY water, how is this possible??? And now today guess what THE WATER IS OFF YET AGAIN, and as usual the management is unavailable and the people in the office pretty much blew me off yet again.
