Violation of the FDCPA

On 9/28/09 there was a voice mail left but i didn't check it until 10/1/09. Officer Jack Smith leave a message and said it was in my best interest to return his call right away to 718-569-6663 even though the missed call came from 847-631-1310.
I called both numbers several times and the line was busy. Finally i was able to get thru and talked to officer Austin. He looked up my name and at first wasn't sure why they called. Then he give me some 440 ssn # that doesn't belong to me. Then he said someone put me down as a referance and he needed to get in contact with my good friend Miss Jones. So i called her and told her i got a call for her.
She was unsure what it was about so she called. Once she was on the phone they had no record of her ar first so i called back. I talked with Officer Shawn Miller this time and was told same thing we are looking for you friend Miss Jones for a loan she didn't pay with cashnet. I informed him that he is violating the Fair Debt Collection Pratice Act with third party disclosure and by id himself as an officer. Officer Miller then laughed and i told him i would call the Atty general to file a report he laughed again as said, " Do what ever you want you stupid lady" and laughed again. I asked for a supervisor and talked with a Officer Kenny Spencer with same accent and explained to him what happen and he laughed as well and called my a stupid lady then processed to say i sound, ' like a sexy bitch and he would like for me to suck his juicy cock'
I asked Officer Spencer for business name he replied Dept of law, told him I need company name not dept he still refused. (another volation) I also requested the address he told me he will give me his home address where i could suck his juicy cock and laughed. I asked his if he ever heard of the Federal Trade Commission because i've done collection for the past 10 years and have to take the fdcpa every 3 months and he has violated all laws. Officer Spencer replied " Both of you get ready beacause i'm going to sue you"
Told him not possible he doesn't have my info to sue me. He laughed again and said are you done stupid lady because i'm going to take a smoke break and hung up the phone on me.
