First time home buyers credit

We finished the purchase of my own residential house at the conclusion of September, and requested the very first time homebuyers credit of $8,000 that people have entitlement to. We owed no fees for 2008 or may we owe any for 2009. We posted the necessary evidence of the house purchase and also have been recommended that people won't obtain a reaction or refund till sometime in November. They're pulling their toes for no cause.
