Do not rent tab properties they suck

I was looking for an apartment 2007 and i happen to see tab properties in highland park which i consider a good nieghborhood. I meet jessica in craigslist and we went out and check the place. When i first saw the place it was dirty and lots of stuff that needs repair, scam

Jessica told me some body is going to come and clean the place a week before we move in. So i end up signing a one year lease. Jessica is so fake!!! I wish i have know better, so the day i move in the place still dirty and the stuff that needs repair still havent done. So i end up cleaning the place which i dont mind. And when i sent a letter ahre nd call them about the stuff that needs to be fix they pretent that they did not recieve my letter which is bullshit. The letter should get back to me if they dont recieve it. Every time i have a repair they send this crappy people that dont even know what they are doing. Some one came and fix my sinksss bathroom and kitchen and still leaking, my window doesnt have screens. The place is so dirty. Hall way is full of papers that can cause fire. The laundry place is so dirty, outside got so many poop that has never been picked up. Everytime i call for an emergency maintainance they wont get back to you 2 days later. I called for an emegency maintenance about my elecltricty went offf and i have no idea about electricity i needed there help but they have me wait for 2 days before they come and fix it. Its was so hottttt summer with no electricity they are so inconsiderate... And despite from that they told me that they arw going to charge me for them people that just look at my apartment and even doing anything about the problem and they refuse to buy a fuse for a apartment they they said i have to buy it myself. Isnt that scum? Isnt that part of thier maintenance. Also the kitchen the stove is so old looks like it was from 50 years ago. My god... They are taking advantage that when i first move in here i did not know any better. Please do notrent here you will regret it
