I'm a united states resident requested spousal visa (i130) that the processing time according to uscis is six months. Its been 9 weeks and havent seen. Every period i call to discover status. I am obtaining the same response... That will be to hold back... Is anyone accountable working there??? May anyone fix this issue???
9 weeks that i have lost with my spouse who's gonna give me back???
