Gave me a ticket based on a blurry photo and no evidence for $150 for parking or blocking an alley

While pulling up to the curb on a cold winter day on Belmont and Southport to pick up my girlfriend, somehow my picture got taken for blocking an alley. Even though I did not. I sent in a printed copy of the blurry picture taken of some tailights and a picture off of google street of the alley they claimed where there were no signs marking anything. After 4 months of waiting for a reply to my contest by mail they add another $100 onto the ticket.
