Towed my car for " blocking" a driveway of 5 inches!

What is my right against someone that tow my car for "blocking" a driveway... I have 4 witness that agreed that my car was not blocking the driveway, but the city of LOS ANGELES agreed to tow my car as we all know they make good money for it, why would they disagree!!! It cost me already 170$ to take it back not including the parking ticket.

What are our rights, what can i do, it is simply abuse by the city of los angeles and a grumpy man that has nothing else to do. I am pissed off, it happen to people all the time in this city, can a law be made so that a picture should be taken as their proof of blocking a driveway... Please help me to stop this BuLL...
