I was browsing the internet looking for loans and grants to help with college funds and i came across grant one day. I did not apply for anything or ask to join or be sent any thing but they took 94.89 from my account. I am unemployed and currently collect unemployment benefits. I was just looking for free help. And once i went to their website i found a few days later that this amount had been taken out of my account. I immediately called the company and was told to send an email to their customer support dept. I was given a direct email address to do this. When i typed in the email address it told me it did not exhist. So i called back and got the same email address and told the person i spoke to on the phone i wished to cancel. So then i went back to the website and sent three emails. I was supposed to recieve a confirmation email and my money was supposed to be put back in my account but they have yet to do so. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this service and i never signed up for it. I would like a refund immediately. If they can take it out in one day then they can certainly replace it. I did not recieve anything in the mail from these people which i would have to return. So i owe nothing and i am demanding a refund. I was looking for free help for my child in college and i certainly would not pay almost 100 dollars a month to recieve grant and loan information. Please help me with this. And an immediate refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, michele kennedy. I was given an ID # as follows 125235.
