I rented a home in the "Owen Electric Rip Off Area". I donot know what planet this company is on but people are unemployed and money is tight. Why do we not have a choice? They donot provide the gas only electric, they say it is a privage to be a member... A member of what? They come up with a big deposit before they will turn service on even with a good credit score. Do they make payemnt plans... No... They are not in the same reality as the rest of the company. Duke will make arrangements with you not Duke. This company needs to be looked at and given a reality check. We should have a choice and a voice against this uncaring ripoff company.
