Soliciter with a sob story ripped me off!

A guy came to my door to solicit magazines for "points". I told him I wasn't interested and he began his long history of how hard of a life he had growing up and that he was trying to better himself for his children. I told him I wasn't interested again, and he began another speech about how I could help him get the "opportunity" to make something for himself. After his guilt trip, I bought some from him to get him to leave and it was 184.00! I called to get my refund and the office phone that was provided works half the time, and they keep giving excuses on why my refund hasn't been processed. They won't give me a straight answer, just flat out rudeness!!! On top of that, I researched the magazines I had ordered, and two of them don't even exist! Don't buy from these door-to-door sales people. They are excellent at the guilt trips and pushy but then they aren't even a professional company. Probably headquartered in someone's basement or something while ripping off honest people!!
