I was sent a letter on Jan-27-09 Stated I had been awarded an amount of money by Heritage Funding Resources. The person who sen tthis is named James T. Knox. This company says they are a private and confidential company who gets unclaimed cash and gives it away.
The letter is all friendly and then asks me to please sign and send them $29.95 for documentation and processing fee. There is another name on the paperwork. Franklin K. Hayes who is the Registrar. I have tried to find this company but no luck.
