Franklin K. Hayes, James T. Knox SCAM - Heritage Funding Doesn't Exist - Targeting older, minimal income persons - 29.95 will not be refunded

My 67 year old father was sent a nice, professional, letter from Heritage Funding claiming that for only $29.95 processing fee he would be able to claim the estimated $900,000 dollars that was especially reserved for him as requested to be issued by Executive Director James T. Knox.

Before I allowed my father to send any money I researched the Heritage Funding, James T. Knox and Franklin K. Hayes, the Registrar. There are no such individuals that I could find in Las Vegas, Nevada or in the surrounding areas.

This is a SCAM getting the small $29.95 fee from unsuspecting persons hopeing for some assistance in this financial crisis we are in. The address listed belonged to several different companies in one office building.

If it had not been for the previous posting of this company, I would not have been able to convince my father not to send the money. That is the only reason I am adding this report, to prevent future rip offs and losses for others.
