My wife (Dorothy B) received a confirmation document signed by a Franklin K. Hayes, Registrar with REGISTERED # 197-172 for an individual cash entitlement with a release form (a box area on top of the release has an amount of $901,634.00- funding resources available) requesting a payment by cash, money order or check. Along with the form was a letter of explanation as to why she was selected for this award. It also stated that Heritage Funding Resources was founded by John T. Knox in 2000. I began
researching in the yellow pages & white pages to try to find a phone # for this company or organization & thus discovered that no such company or organization exists!
