The Rocc Home
The ROCC Home is a mess with sanitation and cleanness problem and personnel problem

I'm Resident at the Rocc Home in Detroit, Mi it's a mental health fascility for perole inmate and for people that have mental health illnesses that need a place to stay. But the Home is unsanitary and unsafe from employees violations from letting nonresident roam the building halls and clients rooms. Also clients are to clean up after one another but clients are not cleaning up after themself. Also the Employees aren't cleaning the fascility or home. Neither like cleaning the toilets washing the dishes or even vacuming the carpret or clients washing their body

The ROCC Home has other violation like employees background checks like employees who has crimal records working their and drugs and alcohol aduse inside the Home with clients using drugs and alcohol. Myself i have try bring the violations to owner Mr. Carson Several times but i got no response
