Has made the effort over 3 years time to over charge my insurance co, when failed, now has tried to comitted further fraud

Along with bad manners, and foul words, has tried to be a DR. After a short time putting up with this person, I felt the need to seek out a real Doctor!

Along with not being able to hold on to employee's and keeping bad records, has tried to steal from me by sending bills for over a period of over 3 years. Each time I would call his office, and I was told I owe NO MONEY! I was told I would recieve a statement in writing, saying I owed nothing. After getting many more bills and no letter, I began to record each conversation, of the office offering an apology, and that the mistake was on there end! They must be desperate instead of trying tocommit a felony of charging me 800.00, it was lowered to 100. Still my insurance co assures me I owe nothing.

Not only did I refere a friend to the dr, first Iasked if they would accept his insurance as full payment, they said yes. The dr found the need to run every test he could think of with his new equiment, making a simple office visit into what made him look stupid. Then sending my friend a bill for 1200.00 dollars, claiming 'O WE DON'T ACCEPT UR INSURANCE' to bad I have a picture of the list in his office, and my friends company iis on there. The dr tricked my friend into taking the test, lets face it we try to trust our so called professionals but these days you can't. Espically with this fraud, who's trying to get paid twice. He shoulsn't be allowed to work on a monkey farm!
