Hi,
We went to visit our doctor for my wife's check up. Doctor asked us to go for blood test. Doctor also give laboratory name and she asked us to check with them whether they accept insurance or not. I called laboratory and ask them, they said ya we accept your insurance. We went for test on 27th, when we provided details i again asked the person that can you confirm that you accept this insurance, and given him my insurance card. He said yes we o accept this. After that we went through test process and came back.
After more than a month, i was shocked when i saw the bill. Full bill was charged to me and when asked, they said you are out of network so you need to pay this.

I am not sure, if you were not in network then why they provided wrong information to me. Not i am very upset with my bill of 1258$. I was looking for some help to do something for this.
